To implement employee care policies, ease daily work pressure of all staff and strengthen communication between employees from different departments, Shenzhen Baiqiancheng Electronics Co., Ltd. has launched a 2-day anniversary group tour to Conghua and Longmen on July 24. Coordinated uniformly by the Administration Department and fully operated by a certified travel agency, this trip arranges four coaches departing from designated assembly points at two factory campuses in Guangming and Nanshan respectively. Comprehensive arrangements covering transportation, catering, accommodation and scenic tours are made to fully guarantee employees’ travel experience.
The two-day itinerary has been carried out orderly on Day 1. At 8:30 a.m., participating employees gathered at each factory campus and took coaches to Conghua. After a 2.5-hour drive, the group arrived at Luodong Craftsman Ancient Village for sightseeing. Staff wandered along the lanes of the ancient village, appreciated pastoral scenery and landscapes featuring traditional craftsman culture, took photos and rested freely to relax during the journey. A local farmhouse-style group lunch was arranged at noon. Afterwards, the team headed to Bishui Gorge for alpine drifting experience. Tour guides briefed all participants on safety regulations and notes before the activity, reminding everyone to take part according to personal physical conditions. Colleagues looked out for each other throughout the drifting with a relaxed and harmonious atmosphere. After a group dinner in the evening, the team checked in at Nankunshan Hot Spring Grand View Garden in Longmen. Employees could freely enjoy hot spring pools and the water park inside the resort to relieve fatigue from daily work.
In accordance with the scheduled itinerary, the group will visit Wandong Ancient Village and Nankunshan Eagle Rock Scenic Area on Day 2, including sightseeing of ancient folk customs, mountain hiking and leisure activities such as glass walkway and jungle crossing. Staff on duty will continuously deliver safety reminders and maintain order throughout the trip, and the whole team will return to Shenzhen uniformly after all scheduled activities.
This 2-day outdoor tour is an anniversary benefit offered by the company to reward all employees for their hard work.
